본 보드게임 <미스터리 신규 입사자>는 사회적 약자나 편견의 대상이 되는 사람들이 자신이 속한 팀에 합류하는 상황을 가정함으로써, 플레이어가 평소 인식하지 못했던 자신의 편견을 되돌아보고, 자연스럽게 다양성 포용의 이해를 돕기 위해 제작되었습니다.

The board game The Mystery New Employee was designed to help players reflect on unconscious biases and naturally understand diversity and inclusion by simulating scenarios where socially disadvantaged individuals or those subject to prejudice join their team.
